Husband Is Doing this.........?
My husband does things without telling me or even letting me know. He buys things expensive thing to his daughter from his first marriage with out paying the bills first. I do not mind him buying her things but i want him to pay his bills first. He has not seen his daughter for almost 7 years now: due to her mom moving from state to state, the daughter lives with her mother in different state. Well long story short he doesn't pay his share of the bills now due to sending expensive things to his daughter. I told him i know you feel guilt go see your daughter rather than just sending her things and he doesn't want do that. So now his car was taking a way from him because come to find out he has not made the payment the last 3 months. Another thing he wasn't to buy car for his daughter i was like you could hardly make your car payment let a lone buy 15 year old car. He says now i promised her when she was 5 to buy her car. I think we should teach kids responsibility and not live beyond their means. Please help me how to talk to him because he is not listening at all. Married 8 years and we have 7 year old and he is 39 i'm 30.

Insurance claim with salvage title?
I have a 2003 grand am SE 80k miles, which used to be in mint condition. It's me and my twin brother's first car, bought with salvage title (Mass), 5500 dollars with 69k, rebuilt front end from previous collision. this is a guy who buys cars from insurance companies and sells them after rebuilding them for a living, and we were actually referred there by our family mechanic, and he seems to always have at least one grand am i guess he specializes in them. Our state has strict salvage guidelines (State police inspection etc.). So, my brother skidded into a crv that stopped short, rear ended it and there is a headlight missing, hood is folded, bumper needs replacement, there are electric problems, radiator support snapped, the quarter panel looks like it needs to be replaced, and the engine fan wont work.My friend's dad, who although not a body shop, has knowledge, said it would be 2500 at the lowest and he was just looking at the outside of it, nothing internal because the hood is jammed shut. If it is totaled, what effect would the salvage title have? We haven't gotten it appraised we still need the police crash report tomorrow, but if it is totaled would the salvage title effect anything?
