I screwed up my relationship. How can I get over my ex girlfriend?
So this is the deal. I broke up with my girlfriend 2 months ago. It was a 4.5 years relationship. She was completely crazy about me and did everything I wanted. I took it for granted though, and was controlling, tried to change her, etc. In the end I treated her really badly, the last year even. I thought I wanted out as well and we broke up. Apparently she had met someone else and she was in a new relationship in 3 weeks. I immediately knew I made a huge mistake and she was perfect for me and I screwed it up. So I decided to win her back by pleading and begging, but no such luck. She was determined. Of course, the begging didn't work.
I decided I had to get over her and get on with my life after a couple of weeks. So I did what the internet told me. I bought new clothes, worked out more, and most importantly, I learned from my mistakes and treated people better again. I also didn't try to contact her, deleted her from facebook, etc. She talked to some friends how I was doing but didn't answer so I guess she got curious. She contacted me this week to meet up today with drinks to return each other's stuff. I said yes, even though I wasn't over the whole thing.
So I met her yesterday and it was a really emotional talk. She is still with that new boyfriend and is getting WAY to serious with him, which I think is pretty messed up. Anyway, we talked and I made sure she knew I am really trying to change myself and be a better person. We both cried in the pub a couple of times about that. Anyway, I cut the conversation short but I told her that I thought it was screwed up she was thinking about buying houses and stuff with this guy, if she already starts crying when she meets me and clearly still has feelings.
So we left on a high and parted ways, again. I got home and got a panick attack, knowing pretty well I lost her forever. After 30 minutes or so I got a text message though, that she was really confused and sad about the whole thing. I texted her back and said I hoped she knew what she was doing. She texted I really already had my chances but she wasn't sure about the guy his intentions either. Which I didn't reply too. I thought it was pretty messed up she sent me that last text message. It's like she's choosing the safe option for the future, not for love. And I got really pissed about that, because I knew she loves me deeply. I know I messed up completely when I had her. But believe me, I've cried myself to sleep the last 2 months and I'm really a good guy in nature. I just lost myself for a while and want to make it up to her the rest of our lives.
Now, what should I do. I tried everything to get over her already but she contacted me herself. Should I keep trying or just move on again? I don't really know how to do it again.

Down payment on a house with student loans?
Ok so I really don't know that much about buying houses. I'm about to graduate high school and I have a job working at a motel that pays me $8 an hour. I will probably go to a community college next year and I was wondering if it would be possible to make a down payment on a house with student loans. I found a really cheap house here that looks like it would be suitable for me.

If I put a $2,000 down payment on the house with student loans then I would be paying about $160 each month for the mortgage. Would this be possible and would it be a good idea?
