Houses To Buy
|
My brother wants to move in?
I'm married with 2 kids. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a house to buy. We are planning to get a 3 bd, my 19 year old brother wants to move in. Before I did told him that it was ok. Now after I been thinking it over. I don't want him. He expect to have his own room. My oldest daughter 6 years old doesn't want to share a room with my 4 year old. My brother doesn't want to share a room with my 4 year old also. My brother doesn't work and don't have a driver license neither a car. So this mean I will have to drive him around and if he do have a job I will have to take him and pick him up from work. I really don't want to be his taxi driver. He cuss a lot and smoke weed. Which I do not like at all. He doesn't get along with my other siblings who are still living with my parents this is why he wants to move in with us. How do I tell him I do not want him to move in after I already say I will let him move in when we find a bigger place.
I know its my fault I shouldn't have say it was okay and I should of thought about myself, my kids and husband first.

Home insurance covers broken windows? How can my boyfriend fix this without his mum knowing?
My boyfriend broke a small window in his house, to buy a new one it costs 100 euros ( we live in spain) But a friend told me that your home insurance will cover it? Is this true? My boyfriend will not tell his mum, she is a control freak and her house looks more like a show room than something lived in, so telling her is not an option, but he needs to get the window replaced before she sees it. How can he find out who his home insurance is with? And will they just come over and fix it or do you need additional details etc..
Please help out, my boyfriends really short on money and hes planning to go out tomorrow and waste 100 euros on this window :/

Would you turn your own family member in for selling drugs in your basement?
Would you do it if they are turning your home into a spot for selling drugs? I know rehab is also an option but living in such a hopeless place, it probably won't have long term results. It is actually my brother. My mom doesn't want to turn him in. I guess that's a mother's love. But I have had enough to the point where I want to move out, but at the same time I don't want to leave my mom at risk. His girlfriend is his middle "man", she's the one who sells and runs around doing the dirty work and even has people come to the house to buy. She always gets in the middle of family disputes too, she is an instigator who has damaged our family. What should I do?
